Patient appointments
Cancellation: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
Payments: We accept most major credit cards, Eftpos and cash. All consultations, adjustments, repairs, relines and mouthguards are to be paid in full on the day of service. New dentures must be paid in 4 equal instalments, with the final payment due on collection of denture. Dentures will not be released unless full payment has been made.
We have HICAPS available for your convenience so that we can claim directly to your Health Fund on your behalf (if applicable) and you can pay us the “gap” directly.
